Overview
Use these guides to connect an inbox, import leads, launch a campaign, manage sending health, or connect your own code and AI agents. You do not need a developer for Gmail or Outlook connections, CSV imports, or AI drafting in the dashboard. The REST API is optional and uses a Bearer API key for your scripts and integrations. MCP is optional for agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, and you approve access with your InboxJoy login without an API key. Add a postal address in Settings → Workspace before you test or publish a campaign because CAN-SPAM requires it in commercial email footers. New mailboxes ramp up gradually, and recent bounces can reduce a mailbox below its configured daily limit.
Getting started
- Launch your first campaign
Connect an inbox, import leads, draft and test a campaign, then enroll your audience with delivery safeguards on.
- Connect your Gmail or Outlook account
Connect Gmail or Outlook in one click without DNS records or a dedicated sending domain, then set mailbox limits.
- Import leads
Upload a CSV or import through MCP. Duplicates and suppressed addresses are skipped automatically.
Sending
- Create and manage a campaign
Draft a campaign with AI, refine its steps, publish it, enroll leads, and review analytics.
- Manage warm-up and sending limits
Understand the warm-up ramp, set mailbox caps and windows, and respond to bounce-related limits.
- Fix sending and setup errors
Resolve test-send failures, pending inbox addresses, paused ramps, and invite-gated signup.
